Belcoscan (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

1. There is a once-off registration fee for CashReturns membership of R200.00 (two hundred rand). All Monthly debits thereafter for CashReturns membership is R99.99 (ninety nine rand and ninety nine cents) per month.

2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the members CashReturns membership should the member default on their monthly CashReturns membership subscription. In the event of termination of the members CashReturns membership or debit failure, the member will forfeit all rights to their CashReturns earned during that period in which the debit proved to be unsuccessful or upon non-payment of the monthly subscription.

The Company may at their sole discretion deem a member’s CashReturns membership to have lapsed upon the non payment of their monthly subscription fee and may reactivate/terminate membership unless notified to the contrary in writing by the member.

3. The services of the CashReturns strategic partners will only be available to the member, the member’s partner and the member’s dependant/s as specified on the CashReturns membership.

4. Only one CashReturns membership may be active for any person at any given time. Enrolling for an

additional CashReturns membership through any of the companies within the Company will result in the immediate termination of this agreement and the related CashReturns entitlement will cease.

5. The member’s CashReturns membership number must always be quoted when dealing with any of the CashReturns strategic partners.

6. Rates, conditions and strategic partners may change without notice. The Company and its companies cannot be held liable for any changes that may occur in this regard.

7. The most current information pertaining to CashReturns will be updated and available on the CashReturns website at www.cashreturns.co.za

8. The specific products and services provided by CashReturns strategic partners themselves may change. The Company and associated companies cannot be held liable for any changes that may occur.

9. This agreement may only be terminated by notifying CashReturns in writing on the fax number 031-716 9798.

10. The member may cancel their CashReturns membership anytime by giving 30 (thirty) days written notice to The Company. However, we are confident that CashReturns will consistently pay the member more money each month than it costs to be a member on CashReturns.

11. CashReturns due will be paid into the member’s bank account upon accumulation of the minimum amount of R30.00 (thirty rand), this being the proceeds less the administration fee of R5.00 (five rand).

12. CashReturns is calculated inclusive of VAT. Please be aware however that all CashReturns proceeds are paid out less all VAT due to be paid to SARS.

13. An administration and deposit fee of R5 will be deducted from the member’s CashReturns payment that is due to them.

14. The member hereby authorises the Company to collect the agreed amount (or amended amount as may be agreed in the future) from any bank account of the member.

15. The member hereby authorises the Company to debit the member’s bank account on any day as deemed suitable by the Company.
